What are your pricing policies?

Our pricing policy is that all of our prices are honest and all-inclusive. This means we have absolutely no hidden fees and all features, such as unlimited stops and mileage, are included in our prices. You'll never have to worry about us tagging on things like fuel surcharges or anything else because our quotes cover it all! Our prices are also competitive and the best you'll find!

Do you provide alcohol?

No, Ann Arbor Party Bus is not permitted to provide you with alcohol. However, as long as you are of legal age you are more than welcome to bring your own beverages onto the vehicles. Our buses and limousines even feature convenient on board bar areas with ice coolers, cups, and beautiful granite counter tops so you can easily chill, mix, and serve up your favorite drinks!

Can I drink in the buses?

As long as you are legal legal drinking age or older then yes absolutely! Our buses are great for drinking and partying - that's why they're called party buses!

Can I smoke on the buses?

No, we like for our buses to stay fresh so everyone can enjoy them. You are allowed to have unlimited stops so you can take a smoke when you or your guests need one.

Can children come on the buses?

Children are more than welcome! We are perfect for birthday parties, Quinceanera, Bar Mitzvah, proms and more. If there are those who are under 21 years of age, there cannot be any alcohol on the bus.

Can I see your state and insurance paperwork?

Yes you can! We don't have anything to hide from you. If you would like to see them, just let us know and we would love to send you a copy.

What are your hours of operation?

24/7/365! We're open all day every day!

Where do you service?

We service all of Ann Arbor and several surrounding cities and counties. We even have a great extended service area that includes the entire state of Michigan!

What if we go over our scheduled time?

That's fine! You will be charged your hourly rate, at 15 minutes increments. That way you will never have to pay for time that you don't use.

Can I cancel my reservation?

No. Once you have made your reservation, you cannot cancel. You will still be required to pay, whether you use the service or not.

Is food allowed on the buses?

You can bring food, as long as you don't make a mess. If there is a mess that needs cleaning, you may be charged a cleaning fee.

Are there any bathrooms on the buses?

Bathrooms stink so we don't have any buses with bathrooms. No one wants to smell that the whole night. If you need to go to the bathroom right away, let the driver know and they will stop as soon as they can, where it's safe to do so.

Are there any hidden fees you are not telling me about?

Nah, no hidden fees here. We are up front with you about any additional charges you may come across. We don't like when buses charge extra hidden fees so we don't.
